La Limonaia Shop Sorrento is an on-line shop that complies with current e-commerce regulations.

For each order placed, La Limonaia Shop Sorrento will send an invoice e-mail to the order holder for the products shipped ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. the data provided by the customer when placing the order will be included in the invoice.

No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by La Limonaia Shop Sorrento through a reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer.

This confirmation message will reproduce all the data entered by the customer, who undertakes to check that they are correct and to communicate any corrections in time.

By placing the order on the website La Limonaia Shop Sorrento, the customer declares to have read the terms of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. Methods of Payment

   In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will only be processed after the receipt of the bank's confirmation of payment.

   Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. In the bank transfer, it has to be specified the reference number of your order given at the moment of the purchase, the date and the customer’s first and last name.

   Products availability is only to be assessed once credit has been received.
