La Limonaia Shop Sorrento ships and delivers the purchased products by express courier, which guarantees delivery, throughout the national territory, in 24/72 hours starting from the day after the day the shipment is picked up and only when the amount due is credited.
Delivery times are calculated from the moment we entrust your package to the courier.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason whatsoever, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, excluding purchases made by resellers or persons who in any capacity, purchase for resale to third parties.
Withdrawal must be exercised by sending the return request to the following e-mail address: info@lalimonaiasorrento.it .
Shipping costs for the return of products shall be borne by the customer.
The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, complete with all its parts.
The right of withdrawal for products at risk of deterioration may be exercised by sending, within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods, a written communication by e-mail to info@lalimonaiasorrento.it. The communication must include a description of the products that are to be returned and their deterioration. This must be accompanied by photographic proof.
Once the goods have been received, La Limonaia Shop Sorrento will refund the sum paid using the same method of payment indicated by the customer during check out.
When the right of withdrawal lapses
The right of withdrawal is totally forfeited due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) in cases where La Limonaia Shop Sorrento ascertains:
- Even partial use of the asset and any consumables;
- The lack of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;
- Damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
Refund times
The Limonaia Shop Sorrento undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods by crediting the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. This amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with Art. 49, 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree of 14/03/2014.
